Animacast Productions · Animacast IT Solutions LLC
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Animacast Productions is the website presentation of Animacast IT Solutions LLC, Dubai. This policy describes the handling of personal information in connection with this website and business enquiries about creators, channels, games, music, production, publishing and investment. Contact business@animacast.com or write to Animacast IT Solutions LLC, Rasis Business Center, Al Barsha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We use “Animacast”, “we”, “our” and “us” to refer to that company.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers information provided through our own website interfaces and business correspondence. A separately operated game, application, client portal or contracted service may have its own privacy notice explaining its specific processing. External platforms and tools have independent privacy policies. This document does not replace those notices.
3. The current local website preview
The website is currently a local design preview. Its enquiry, membership and investment forms display a confirmation without transmitting the entered information to Animacast. Sign-in does not create an account or authenticate a user. Do not interpret a demonstration confirmation as proof that an enquiry was delivered. External media and fonts can still make requests to their providers when the preview is viewed.
4. Information you choose to provide
Enquiries may contain your name, email address, company name, website, messenger details, public channel links, Google Play and App Store game links, music and music-store links, and a message. Studio investment applications may additionally request your production focus, company background, team and production capacity, annual revenue, currency, reporting period and expansion requirements. Provide only information you are authorised to share. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identification or unnecessary sensitive personal information in enquiry fields.
5. Information received from your browser
When your browser accesses a hosting service or a third-party resource, that service may receive an IP address, browser and device details, request time, referring page and technical error information. The current preview does not implement an Animacast analytics or advertising tracker. Any public hosting, analytics or monitoring arrangements introduced before launch must be reflected in this policy.
6. Public channel, game and music information
Where relevant to a business discussion, information you share may be considered alongside publicly available channel descriptions, game-store listings, music catalogues, audience information and portfolio material. A public link does not authorise access to private account information. Any private performance-data review requires a separately agreed access arrangement and an appropriate basis for processing.
7. How enquiry information is intended to be used
When a live enquiry service is enabled, information will be used to respond to enquiries, evaluate service suitability, prepare proposals, arrange conversations, assess production or investment opportunities, administer an agreed relationship and maintain necessary business records. Information must be relevant to those purposes. An application is an invitation to discuss an opportunity, not approval for funding or a partnership.
8. Basis for processing
The basis for any live processing depends on the purpose and applicable law. It may include your consent, steps you request before a contract, performance of an agreement, compliance with a legal obligation or another lawful basis available for the particular activity. Optional marketing and non-essential tracking must not be treated as automatically authorised merely because someone makes an enquiry.
9. Communications and marketing choices
A response to a service enquiry is different from promotional marketing. If marketing subscriptions are introduced, the subscription interface will explain the communications offered and provide an appropriate choice. You may contact business@animacast.com to ask that promotional communications stop. Necessary contractual or operational messages may still be sent where appropriate.
10. Cookies, local preferences and embedded resources
The preview may remember a language preference in the browser. This is used to present English or Arabic content. Videos, images, web fonts and external links can connect to third-party services, whose cookies and technical processing depend on their own settings and policies. Before public launch, any additional cookies must be documented and appropriate controls provided. Your browser allows you to manage stored site data and cookies, although blocking resources may affect playback or appearance.
11. Who may receive information
The local forms currently have no delivery backend. If a live service is introduced, access should be restricted to authorised personnel and providers supporting enquiry handling, hosting, communications, security or an agreed service. Business proposals containing confidential or personal information should not be disclosed to prospective partners without a suitable purpose and arrangement. Disclosures may also be required by a lawful request or necessary to establish or protect legal rights.
12. International processing
The company is based in Dubai, while external platforms and future service providers may operate elsewhere. International processing must be assessed against applicable requirements, including any required safeguards. This preview does not identify a live form-processing provider or destination. Those arrangements must be documented before information is collected through a public form.
13. Retention and deletion
Information should be kept only for the period needed for its stated purpose and any applicable contractual, accounting, legal or dispute-related obligations. Different records may require different periods. Live enquiry retention periods have not yet been configured. Contact business@animacast.com with a question about a specific record or a deletion request. Information subject to a necessary legal retention obligation may not be immediately deletable.
14. Security and access
Appropriate technical and organisational measures should limit access, protect systems and reduce the risk of accidental loss or unauthorised disclosure. No internet service can promise absolute security. Channel and store credentials should not be shared through ordinary forms. Any account integration should use authorised platform permissions with an agreed scope, and access should be withdrawn when no longer needed.
15. Your requests and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of information or withdrawal of consent, and to object to certain processing. Send requests to business@animacast.com. We may need proportionate information to verify identity and understand the request. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions; a request concerning a third-party platform must normally be directed to that platform.
16. Children and audience information
These business enquiry interfaces are intended for adults authorised to discuss a company or creative project. They are not designed to collect information directly from children. Children’s entertainment appearing in a portfolio does not mean this website offers a child account service. If child-related personal information is provided unintentionally, contact us so the circumstances can be assessed.
17. Business evaluation and automated decisions
The application interface does not run an automated investment assessment or make an eligibility decision. Any commercial evaluation must be considered separately by the relevant team. Public-facing descriptions of AI services do not mean that this preview analyses your submissions using an AI system.
18. Complaints and changes
Contact business@animacast.com with a privacy concern so it can be investigated. You may also have a right to approach the competent data-protection authority under applicable law. This policy will be revised when the website’s actual processing changes. The date below identifies this version; a material new purpose or processing arrangement may require an additional notice or choice.
