Terms and Conditions of Use

Animacast Productions · Animacast IT Solutions LLC
1. Operator and scope
This website is presented by Animacast Productions for Animacast IT Solutions LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact business@animacast.com or write to Rasis Business Center, Al Barsha, Dubai. These terms describe the permitted use of this website and its introductory information. Separately agreed services, investments, publishing arrangements or platform integrations are governed by their own written agreements.
2. Local preview status
The current website is a local preview. Forms demonstrate an application experience and do not send enquiries. Membership and sign-in interfaces do not establish active accounts. No payment, investment commitment or binding service order is made through the preview. A confirmation message in this version is a demonstration, not a receipt issued by a live enquiry service.
3. Authority and accurate information
Use business interfaces only if you are authorised to provide the information and discuss the relevant project. Details and links should be accurate and current. You are responsible for securing permission to share company information, portfolio material and personal information about others. Do not submit account passwords or confidential material that is unnecessary for the initial discussion.
4. Website information and service availability
Service descriptions explain potential areas of collaboration, including creator development, game publishing, music distribution, production, marketing and studio expansion. Availability depends on project suitability, resources, rights and platform conditions. Information may change as offerings develop. A website description is not an individual proposal or a guarantee that a service or investment will be offered.
5. Enquiries, applications and membership
An enquiry or membership application starts a discussion. It does not establish a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship or entitlement to funding. Any accepted engagement requires agreement on scope, deliverables, access, costs, payment arrangements and responsibilities. Providing a channel, game or music link does not transfer ownership of that asset.
6. Studio expansion and investment
Investment opportunities are individually evaluated using relevant production, commercial and operational information. Proposed support may concern UAE studio facilities, equipment, specialist teams and increased production capacity. Amounts, schedules, milestones, profit-sharing, cost treatment, intellectual-property rights and exit arrangements must be documented in a separate agreement. No return, acceptance decision or financing outcome is promised by this website.
7. Channels, games, music and publishing rights
You retain the rights you own unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. A publishing, distribution or acquisition engagement requires confirmation of the necessary rights, territories, platforms and permissions. Music may involve separate rights in recordings, compositions, artwork and performances. Game submissions may involve code, assets, licences, platform accounts and third-party technologies. Sharing a public link does not itself grant an exclusive licence or transfer.
8. Platform accounts and delegated access
YouTube, Google Play, the App Store, music services and other platforms operate independently. Their eligibility rules, review processes and terms apply. Any access provided to Animacast should use an authorised delegation method with the minimum agreed permissions. Do not share passwords through this website. Platform approvals, monetisation decisions and enforcement outcomes remain outside our control.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malicious code, interfere with service operation or attempt unauthorised access. Do not scrape or republish protected material in breach of applicable law. Security concerns may be reported to business@animacast.com without attempting to access unrelated information.
10. Intellectual property and third-party materials
Animacast branding and original website materials are subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party logos, channel images, videos, tools and platform names remain owned by their respective rights holders. Their appearance does not grant you permission to reproduce them. Rights to use a particular asset must be considered separately from any business relationship shown on the website.
11. External websites, media and tools
Links and embedded resources may lead to services operated by other organisations. We do not control their availability, security, policies or individual transactions. Their terms apply when you use them. Review the destination and relevant policies before providing information or entering into an agreement. A tool link is not a promise that Animacast operates that tool.
12. Confidentiality and initial submissions
Initial forms are intended for a short introduction. Do not submit trade secrets, unpublished source code, full financial records or other highly confidential documents through an ordinary enquiry. Confidential discussions should use an agreed channel and, where needed, a separate confidentiality agreement. No broad publication right over a submitted project is created merely by an enquiry.
13. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains the current preview and intended enquiry information. Future public collection must be consistent with the actual systems used. Operational communications about an enquiry do not automatically authorise unrelated promotional subscriptions. Contact business@animacast.com for privacy or communication preferences.
14. Fees, costs and commercial arrangements
This preview does not charge fees. Where services are offered, a written proposal or agreement should identify fees, costs, payment dates, taxes, revenue or profit participation and cancellation arrangements. No price or percentage should be inferred from general website wording. Investment and revenue-sharing structures are negotiated separately.
15. Results and professional advice
Audience growth, revenue, production output and platform performance depend on multiple factors. No particular result is guaranteed through website information. Introductory information is not personalised legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Decisions about a project should be based on the agreed proposal and relevant professional advice where necessary.
16. Availability and changes
The site may be revised, unavailable during maintenance or affected by third-party resource failures. We may change introductory features and content. A separately signed service agreement is not changed merely by editing website text. The current preview may be removed or replaced before publication.
17. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Each party remains responsible for its own actions and obligations under applicable law and any separate agreement. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The appropriate allocation of commercial risk, liability and remedies for a paid service must be stated in the relevant agreement rather than assumed from this preview.
18. Concerns, disputes and applicable arrangements
Contact business@animacast.com with a website concern and include enough information to identify the issue. We encourage a direct discussion before formal escalation. Applicable law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions for a commercial engagement should be established in the separate agreement, while any mandatory laws governing website use continue to apply.
19. Interpretation and updates
If an individual provision is unenforceable under applicable law, that does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions. An omission or delay in responding to an issue does not necessarily waive a right. These website terms may be updated when the site launches or its operation changes. The revision date identifies the version currently displayed.
